Akta-Vite Protein Breakfast Smoothie


  • 300ml Milk of your choice
  • 1-2 tablespoon Akta-Vite
  • 1 tablespoon natural protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt or icecream

Try adding as well if you like:

  • Banana or fresh or frozen berries
  • Raw (fresh) egg for extra protein and vitamins


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Drink immediately!
